Would you like to obtain a first work experience in a highly technological environment, in which learning is key? Apply for an internship which will introduce you to the world of innovation!
As an intern, you will be in touch with several aspects of applied R&D research, which our engineers tend to day in and out. This contrains literature study, feasibility and concept design, defining a proof of concept or test case in one of our labs. Depending on your studies you can match with several technological domains.
In which domain do you want to create an impact?
Depending on your studies, you will join one of our teams. Our expertise is mainly in following domains:
Innovatiion in Advanced Manufacturing (robotics, automatisation, industry 4.0, additive manufacturing, precision manufacturing,...)
Product Innovation (smart connected and embedded products, metals, plastics, composites, surface treatments,…)
Innovation in Circular Economy (material-saving, energy-efficient, and sustainable product development)
Digital Innovation (AI, cyber security, software engineering,...)
Innovation in Energy Transition (renewable energy technologies, of which, wind energy, (green) hydrogen energy and solar energy, and new technologies to improve cost-efficiency, reliability, return on investment, sustainability or performance.
Sirris has several locations, depending on your interest, your internship location will be in Antwerp, Brussels, Charleroi, Genk, Ghent, Kortrijk, Leuven, or Liège.
