You join our team working on cutting-edge projects in Generative AI and support the Valorisation team, which coaches clients in start-up and scale up phase with the design and development of robust and effective digital solutions, often involving AI. You build the proof-of-concept applications,  projects typically spanning 10-20 development days each aiming to demonstrate how new ideas can work in practice. As we support and coach many different (often SaaS) companies serving a variety of sectors, you enjoy building and maintaining client relationships and are curious to learn about their specific business environment and needs.

Your role

  • Developing POCs for clients that demonstrate both business and technological feasibility.

  • You understand the fundamental concepts of databases and have experience in working with database management systems.

  • Attracted to being involved in multiple projects, often in parallel or with overlap.

  • Comfortable engaging with clients, winning their trust and asking the right questions to understand their specific needs.

  • With a creative mindset and passionate about experimenting you like to test and implement new tools and functionalities.

  • In interaction with your colleagues, you enjoy being entrusted with a good level of autonomy but also will not hesitate to involve your colleagues for support or to bounce off ideas.

  • Initial experience with GenAI tools or models is an asset.

  • Fluent in English, your ability to also communicate in Dutch and/or French is an advantage.

Our offer

  • At Sirris, innovation and collaboration are key. You will work in an environment where technological progress and sustainability go hand in hand. Together we make companies ready for the future.

  • An exciting and unique position within a dynamic and innovative team.

  • The opportunity to work with leading companies and technology experts who are at the heart of the industrial fabric in Belgium.

  • A stimulating environment where you can further develop your expertise.
